Reservation Rules & Policy:

1. All rates are in Thai Baht and are excluded 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
2. Payment Policy: deposit 5% ansd 95% pay direct to hotel.
3. We encourage using our booking facility as rooms will be confirmed instantly through the system. Reservation number will be given once the payment is made by credit card.
4. Alternatively, reservation can be made via email. E-hotel voucher will be sent after the payment has been successful and voucher can be printed out and present it to the hotel upon check in.
5. Refund Payment: There may be a charge of 10% to the booking amount / transaction amount, if the requested refund is more than 60 days from the date of purchase and that all booking terms and refund policies are met.

Cancellation Rules & Policy:
Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival or penalty 1 night.
